It drafts; you decide. AI can misread an email or state a wrong fact confidently. A person approves what goes out, and you're responsible for what you approve.
AI Implementation · Kendall County, IL
AI installed in your business, taught how you work, and checked every month.
Anyone can sign up for ChatGPT. The hard part is connecting it to your email, files and calendar, teaching it how your business runs, and putting rules around what it can send. We do that part. A person approves what it drafts. Installed setups come with a monthly check-up; hands-on owners can go connect-only.
Free. Short form; we reply with what we'd set up first.
An example of the one job we leave running on day one: a morning rundown of your inbox and calendar. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
Why now
The AI is the cheap part. Running it well is the work.
Google is testing letting its Gemini AI phone local businesses to ask about prices and availability for people searching. The AI itself is the smaller bill: AI companies charge per person, and when we checked in September 2026, standard business seats ran about $20 to $25 a month (premium seats cost several times that, and prices change). What nobody hands you is the setup: connected to your actual accounts, taught how you price and who handles what, with safety rules built in and someone checking that it still works next month.
That's what we install. Not a slide deck from an AI consultant. A working setup in your business.
What's in the install
Seven pieces. Six are in place before we leave; the seventh keeps them working.
Its own computer
set up before it arrives · yours to keep
A small dedicated computer for your office, configured and tested before it reaches you. The brain, the connections, and the scheduled jobs (including a nightly backup of the brain files to a second location) run on it. It can keep running when your laptop is closed, and it's how we check on the setup. It's part of the install, and it's yours. Connect-only setups skip it and use a computer you already have.
The connections
your email · files · calendar · your logins
We connect the AI to the accounts you already use, under your own logins and your own security settings, not ours. Set up with renewals in mind. Access can still lapse, and monitoring is how we catch it.
The company brain
one shared place · your whole team
A written record of how your business works: services, prices, who handles what, how you talk to customers. The AI reads it before it answers, so its drafts start from how you actually work. It can still be wrong, so a person reads before anything goes out. Your team can open it too.
→ how the brain worksOne job running on day one
usually the inbox
We pick the chore that eats your morning and have it working before we go, so you can start using it the next morning, not "once you get around to it." More jobs get added when you want them.
Training for you and your team
walkthrough · cheat sheet · AI-use policy
A plain-English walkthrough, a one-page cheat sheet, and a short policy on what never goes into AI. No prompts to memorize. If you'd rather tinker and build on it yourself, we'll show you how.
Safety rules
drafts by default · you approve
By default it drafts and a person approves. Nothing sends or posts on its own unless you switch a specific job to automatic, and we don't recommend automating payments. Passwords kept in one protected place, never pasted into chats. Its actions are logged so they can be reviewed.
→ the safety rulesMonthly monitoring
from $350/mo · a monthly check-up
The way AI fails in a small business is quietly. It stops on a Tuesday and you hear about it weeks later from a customer who never got a call back. We check the connections, the jobs, and the log every month, and you get a short report. Changes or outages can still interrupt it between check-ups. It comes with Installed setups, month-to-month: you can stop it with 30 days' notice, and without it, you're the one who notices if it stops.
→ what monitoring checksWho it's for
Offices with staff, and owners who do it all.
For offices
You want it installed and working, not explained. We start with a short intake call. Then it runs alongside your team for a week with nothing sending, so we learn how your office actually works without you stopping to explain it. Then it goes live for the people who need it. For an office with staff, we recommend the Installed setup.
What we need from you: an intake conversation, access to the accounts to connect, and someone to approve drafts. Plan on a few minutes a day at first.
Shared-inbox sorting · drafted replies for each person · a brain the whole staff uses · who-sees-what set up front · a training session for your team
For owners who do it all
You're the office, the estimator, and the bookkeeper. This can take a piece of that job off your plate. Some owners want it installed and checked for them. Others are comfortable on their own computer and like to tinker: for them there's a connect-only setup, starting at $2,000, on the computer they already have.
Morning rundown · drafted replies you edit and send · follow-up reminders · a setup you can build on
How it goes
From "we should try AI" to "it ran this morning."
Assess
Free: the readiness check or a 20-minute call. We look at how your business runs and tell you where AI is most likely to help first, and where it isn't worth it yet.
Install
A computer set up before it arrives (or, connect-only, the one you already have), then connections under your logins, the company brain written with you, and the first job running.
Train
A walkthrough for you and your team, the cheat sheet, and the AI-use policy.
Check
With monitoring, a monthly check-up and a short report. New jobs get added when you're ready for them.
What to expect
What to expect, plainly.
It's only as good as what it's told. Keep the brain current when prices or services change.
Results vary. We can't promise time saved, savings, or leads.
Monitoring is a monthly check-up, not round-the-clock supervision. Connections lapse and AI companies change or go down. We don't offer guaranteed response or fix times.
The computer needs power and internet; when it's off, jobs don't run. The optional battery backup ($249, installed) doesn't keep it running through an outage: it keeps the computer on for a few minutes and tells it to shut itself down cleanly, which reduces the risk of damage to the device and its data from a sudden power cut. It's not a guarantee, and batteries wear out over time.
Some records shouldn't go near AI. We're not your compliance advisor.

Pricing
Two ways in. Flat fees. Your AI bill stays yours.
Installed
starts at $3,995
Starts at $3,995, including the computer you keep. Comes with monthly monitoring, from $350/month, month-to-month (stop with 30 days' notice; without it, you're the one who notices if it stops).
All seven pieces above: the computer set up for your office, the connections, the company brain, one job running, training for your team, the safety rules, and the monthly check-up. The one we recommend for offices with staff.
Computer included · monitoring month-to-month · optional battery backup, $249 installed
Connect-only
starts at $2,000
For owners comfortable on their own computer. We connect AI to the computer and accounts you already have, write your company brain, get one job running, and train you. No mini PC. Exact quote in writing before work starts. The AI subscription is billed to you by the AI company, never marked up.
Connect-only is exactly that: we connect it and hand it over. It doesn't include support or monitoring, so you're the one who notices if it stops or access lapses. Jobs run only while your computer is on and awake.
Your own computer · no support or monitoring · running an office with staff? Choose Installed
Each install is quoted as one flat price, in writing, before work starts. No long-term contract; monitoring is month-to-month. Not included: AI subscriptions and the optional battery backup ($249, installed).
Your AI bill stays yours. AI companies bill per person, and their prices and limits can change. When we checked in September 2026, standard business seats ran about $20 to $25 a month; premium seats cost several times that. Setups that run jobs on their own can be billed by usage instead. We'll tell you which applies, and a likely range, before you commit. We never mark up the AI company's bill, and you'll never see a usage charge from us.
And the honest part: if a ChatGPT subscription and twenty minutes of advice is all you need, we'll tell you that.
Questions
What owners ask first.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You need to know your business. We ask the questions, write it down, and set it up. The training is a plain-English walkthrough and a one-page cheat sheet, with no prompts to memorize.
Which AI do you use?
ChatGPT or Claude, whichever fits. The brain is plain files, so it moves with you. Scheduled jobs need some re-setup and testing if you change AI.
Will it send emails or post things on its own?
Not unless you decide it should. By default it drafts and you approve. Nothing goes out on its own unless you switch a specific job to automatic.
What if it makes a mistake?
By default nothing goes out without a person approving it, and its actions are logged. Read drafts before you send.
Who can see our information?
Your accounts stay yours, and the company brain lives on a computer in your office that you own. The AI connects under your own logins. We keep a remote link so we can maintain the setup; you can turn it off, but monitoring needs it on.
What if our records can't leave the building?
The brain and scheduled jobs live on a computer in your office. On Installed setups, a nightly backup copy of the brain files goes to a second location; tell us if that's a problem. Your email and files stay in your own accounts, but when the AI reads something, that content goes to the AI company under your account's terms. If some records can't go there, tell us and we'll scope what a more private setup costs and gives up.
How long does it take?
We give you a schedule in the written quote.
What if I stop monitoring?
The computer and brain stay yours. We turn off our remote link, and nobody is checking it for you.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?
A consultant hands you a plan. We hand you a working setup, train your team on it, and, with monitoring, check on it every month.
Do you work in my area?
We're based in Oswego and work in person across Kendall County, including Yorkville, Plainfield, Montgomery, Plano, and Sandwich. Much of the setup can also be done remotely.
